A Provençal escape in the heart of the Riviera
Tucked away in the hills of Roquefort-les-Pins, halfway between Cannes and Nice, Villa Les Agapanthes invites you to savour the Mediterranean way of life in a preserved, leafy setting.
A spacious, fully renovated Provençal house, it offers every modern comfort within an authentic frame: secured private pool, landscaped garden, access to a private tennis court, and a wealth of activities for all ages. Fifteen minutes from the beaches of Antibes and the Croisette, thirty from Nice airport — the perfect base camp to explore the French Riviera, or simply do nothing at all in the shade of the pines.
At the heart of the villa, a vast living and dining area opens through wide bay windows onto the terrace and garden. Stone fireplace, exposed wooden beams, refined furniture and a generous dining table: everything invites you to gather, dine without rush, and enjoy long summer evenings.
The open kitchen — fitted with gas hob, oven and dishwasher — lets you cook for the whole tribe without missing a moment of the conversation.
At the heart of the landscaped garden, the 10 × 5 metre pool — secured by a child-safety fence — sits within a wide stone deck dotted with sun loungers. The independent pool house, complete with kitchenette, dishwasher and dining nook, lets you have lunch barefoot, in your swimsuit, without ever stepping back inside.
All around, lavender, olive trees and umbrella pines compose a maintained Mediterranean garden, with automated irrigation and several shaded corners for an afternoon nap or a quiet read.
Beneath an exposed wooden roof, the large covered terrace invites you to stretch out summer evenings. A table dressed for eight, the warm glow of fairy lights, the pool a few steps away — everything is set for those long apéritifs that slip into dinners, and dinners that slip into laughter.
When the sun is fierce, this is where you take refuge with a book. When a quick storm rolls through, you carry on as if it were still sunny. It's the soul of the house.
In spring, purple and yellow irises rise from the ground by the dozen, pink dianthus border the stone paths, and the centenary olive trees filter the morning light. In summer, the shade of the towering umbrella pines drops the temperature by several degrees over the sun loungers.
The garden is maintained year-round, in bloom across all seasons, with an automated irrigation system. Multiple shaded corners offer cool refuge even at the warmest hours of the day.

Our pick for a romantic dinner in old Mougins. A beautiful, accessible gastronomic address with a stunning panorama from the small terrace of the old olive press.
A fine gastronomic spot in Valbonne where Daniel Desavie runs the kitchen and the staff is delightful. Two rooms: the gastronomic one and the bistro.
An excellent Italian we recommend for family dinners. Quick and impeccable service. The owner's son's bistro "Fiston" is a stone's throw away.
A great Lebanese restaurant, best enjoyed in summer when the lovely terrace is open. Generous mezze and warm welcome.
